We are commissioned in the states of Virginia and Georgia to perform Notary Public Services. We are commissioned by the state of Virginia to perfom E-Notary Services.

E-Notary services are available by appointment only via a secured video platform.

Notary Fee Schedule (our offices)

Witnessing or Attesting a Signature: $5.00 per signature

Taking Acknowledgment: $5.00/$2.00 per additional name

Administering Oath or Affirmation: $5.00 per person

Taking Verification of oath or affirmation: $5.00

Certifying or Attesting a Copy or Deposition: $5 per certified copy

Noting a protest of a negotiable instrument: $3.00 per page

Mobile Notary Fee Schedule 

For up to two documents there is a flat rate fee of $50 which covers (travel expense and document(s) notarized). For additional documents there is a $5.00 fee for each document

At this time, we only offer mobile notary services in the following areas in Virginia:  Lorton, Springfield, Quantico, Stafford, Dumfries, Woodbridge, Alexandria, Arlington and Crystal City.

Fairfax County, Fauquier County, Prince William County and Stafford County.

*Additional areas may be considered but will incur an additional travel fee. Please contact us.
